Raised in Dublin, Ireland, David showed an early drive for entrepreneurship. After training in Construction Technology, he moved to the United States in the 1990s, working in construction project management in markets including San Francisco and New York. That foundation shaped a hands-on, execution-first approach—grounded in how projects, budgets, timelines, and real assets perform in the real world.
In the early 2000s, David stepped away from traditional career constraints to build and operate cash-flowing businesses while expanding his own real estate investments. By 2005, he transitioned into real estate full-time, concentrating on quality, income-producing assets and developing experience across multiple international markets.
In 2008, David recognized a rare dislocation in U.S. real estate—particularly in Florida—and returned to the U.S. to focus on distressed, cash-flowing opportunities. Over time, he built teams and repeatable systems to acquire, renovate, and manage residential real estate, with a consistent emphasis on process, execution, and long-term stewardship.
Over the past 20+ years in full-time real estate—and through extensive work with investors—David has seen firsthand that outcomes are often shaped less by education and more by clarity, disciplined decision-making, and consistent action. His philosophy is anchored in long-term thinking, respect for investor capital, and creating structures that support repeatable, professional execution.
Today, David brings those principles to the Fund with the goal of building a relationship-driven community of aligned accredited investors who value discipline, transparency, and a thoughtful approach to private real estate credit.
