A. Service providers (including GoHighLevel / InvestNext)

 

We use GoHighLevel (HighLevel) as a CRM and communications platform, which may process information submitted through the Website (for example, forms, call booking, and follow-up communications). 


We also use InvestNext software to support certain investor-facing workflows (for example, investor communications, portal and/or subscription-related processes, and related administrative functions, as applicable). InvestNext publishes its own Privacy Policy describing how it handles personal information when its services are used. 


We may use additional vendors for hosting, analytics, professional services, and administrative support. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to perform services for us and are generally subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.


B. Legal and regulatory reasons

We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to protect rights and safety; or to prevent fraud or security issues.


C. Business transfers

If the Fund undergoes a corporate transaction (e.g., reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable protections.
