Distributions are intended to be paid monthly in arrears, typically around the 15th, but timing and frequency may be adjusted at the Manager’s discretion (including quarterly, biannual, or annual payments).
No. Preferred returns and other distributions are paid only to the extent of available Net Cash Flow, as determined by the Manager; unpaid preferred return may carry forward.
The Fund primarily originates and holds business-purpose real estate loans (often to professional real estate investors and developers), typically secured by real estate. Primarily first-lien loans with conservative underwriting (including third-party valuation and max 75% LTV), meaningful borrower equity, and personal guarantees.
Up to 30% of capital may be allocated to third-party managed secondary debt or complementary private credit/fixed income strategies to maintain deployment and diversify.
The Fund may use leverage, including a line of credit or other financing arrangements, and generally intends to manage leverage within guidelines described in the offering documents.
